DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be shipped using a trusted Officine Creative delivery service. Your order should arrive approximately 2-7 business days after shipping (Monday through Friday). This term is purely indicative, it being understood that, pursuant to Article 61(1) of the Codice del Consumo, for orders delivered to Italy or to another European Union or European Economic Area Member State, delivery will in any case take place without undue delay and no later than thirty days from the conclusion of the contract. For deliveries to non-EU countries, the above delivery times are purely estimated and indicative, given the time required for international transport and for customs checks and formalities in the destination country.Onlyexpress shipping is available for all orders.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to amend order information once the merchandise has left our warehouse and is on the way to you. In addition we cannot process an order where a P.O. box, APO/FPO, or Freight Forwarder address is given as the delivery address.
All orders are processed inEURO (EUR, €).
TAXES AND DUTIES
Custom duties are included only for the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada, pursuant to Article 8.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
For all the other non-EU countries, the shipping is “delivery duty unpaid” (DDU), therefore any local sales taxes or customs duties are charged to the customer at delivery. If you reside in a non-EU country, we advise you to find out about local taxes and duties before placing an order on Officine Creative.
Please be aware that any local sales taxes or customs duties charged directly to the customer cannot be
refunded if the items are returned.
DOCUMENTATION
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not include an invoice or any other document for tax/fiscal purposes. The order confirmation serves as the official fiscal document for these shipments.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
V.A.T.
All prices on our website include V.A.T .where applicable, as well as any charges of applicable sales tax in the country of delivery. Rates vary by country but our prices remain unchanged due to various supply chain factors.
